Originally from the Northwest, Tyler got his start in Real Estate in Washington, DC! Tyler has experience building large public private partnerships in health security, building out large residential real estate portfolios, leading land development partnerships and founding local initiatives focused on strengthening the community for all residents.

Building on this vision that all residents should be able to Live, Work and Play Locally, the SDF Team has expanded their residential portfolio by adding new residential communities while continuing to focus on empowering residents and providing exceptionally run residential communities across the country.

In addition to real estate, Tyler managed large public private partnerships in Health Security and leads the Stadium District Scholarship Fund, a fund focused on the educational advancement of residents living in the Southwest Washington, DC community.

Sharmaine is a dedicated financial professional with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in Financial Management. She brings a wealth of experience in accounts payable, having worked in both the racing and real estate industries.

Currently, she serves as the Principal Bookkeeper and Accounts Manager at Stadium District Flats, where she manages comprehensive financial records, ensures accurate and timely payments, and upholds the integrity of the financial processes.

Sharmaine is passionate about providing precise and efficient bookkeeping and accounts payable services. She takes pride in her ability to work independently while meeting the needs of both residents and the SDF team. Sharmaine is committed to continuous learning and improving processes.
